   Nearly two months after suffering a fractured rib at San Francisco, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo believes he is fully healed.
   
   "We haven't had an X-ray here in a while but it was healing properly," Romo said Thursday. "We basically came to the conclusion [that] it's good."
