That's fucked up. He doesn't deserve any special treatment because he's short. I guess I can see where they're coming from though, they know got damn well that he'll be getting raped in jail.

I just read the article and noticed he's only 5'1. What the fuck? That's not that short. I expected him to be a midget or something.
I'm saying it's stupid that they're practically giving him a free pass simply because he's so small. Who gives a shit if he's really small and will get the shit beaten out of (and pushed in) him? That's his problem to deal with and it became his problem when he sexually assaulted that kid.
