    Oh yeah, Oregon is the 14th best state by this criteria.

    NJ as the most non-corrupt state?
    California as #4?

    And how does Washington get on the list when a Governor was recently elected by dead voters??? That's not corrupt?

    these "surveys" are made up by special interest groups and put out there. I'm sure if you look at the list, there will be a common theme.
