I'm sorry if I wasn't suppose to make a new thread As of December 5, 2004 1) Lebron James 2) Dirk Nowitzki 3) Tim Duncan 4) Kevin Garnett 5) Dwyane Wade 6) Kobe Bryant 7) Amare Stoudemire 8) Steve Nash 9) Ray Allen 10) Tracy McGrady
I haven't been wayching the NBA as much as I usually do but my list is about the same as yours exept I would have to put Shaq and Jammal Tinsley in the list. ( I said Tinsley because he has stepped up in the Pacers roster drought.)
Seems about right, Some Changes: - KG #2, Dirk #3, Duncan #4 - I'd swap Amare and Nash...Nash is the reason why Amare is up that high. - Lastly, I'd take off T-Mac and replace him with Shawn Marion, I'd even put Jamison and his former teammate Grant Hill, ahead of T-Mac. 1) LeBron James 2) Kevin Garnett 3) Dirk Nowitzki 4) Tim Duncan 5) Dwyane Wade 6) Kobe Bryant 7) Steve Nash 8) Amare Stoudemire 9) Ray Allen 10) Shawn Marion
1) Tim Duncan 2) Kevin Garnett 3) Dirk Nowitzki 4) Lebron James 5) Dwyane Wade 6) Kobe Bryant 7) Steve Nash 8) Amare Stoudemire 9) Ray Allen 10) Shawn Marion Numbers are good, but Duncan has always been a more wins than numbers guy, and Lebron isn't as good as Duncan and KG defensively, he's improved his defense a lot, but needs to improve it even more. Dirk has become a better defender, still just okay, but his offensive skills are just killer, and his rebounding is up.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting McGrady^1:</div><div class="quote_post">nobody has KG in 1st?? 23 15 6 and 2 blocks and steals a game....pretty impressive to me</div> Tim Duncan Record: 15-3, now that's pretty impressive to me
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting WadeDynasty:</div><div class="quote_post">Ya'll need to have Kobe at no.1 Lakers fans are gonna come and start talking trash.</div> You are obviously like to stereotype fans, becuase I think any Laker fan that puts Kobe at number 1 is blind. LeBron, Dirk, KG, and TD have all had better seasons than him, there is no way Kobe is number 1.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting WadeDynasty:</div><div class="quote_post">Ya'll need to have Kobe at no.1 Lakers fans are gonna come and start talking trash.</div> You seriously are hooked on Kobe. Without him, your world wouldn't rotate, huh? Anyways, pretty good list really...I'd change a few things. 1. LeBron James 2. Kevin Garnett 3. Dirk Nowitzki 4. Tim Duncan 5. Kobe Bryant 6. Steve Nash 7. Dwyane Wade 8. Amare Stoudemire 9. Ray Allen 10. Grant Hill

Also Wade Dynasty I find it funny you put Wade above Kobe, i think that is a little stereotypical when Wade is not as good as Kobe, he is good, not that good.
1- LeBron 2- Dirk 3- KG 4- Duncan 5- Kobe 6- Wade 7- Nash 8- Stoudemire 9- Shaq, dont care what you say he is still top 10 10- Tinsley just for holding the Pacers together.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Billa_Bong:</div><div class="quote_post">That looks about right. Also Wade Dynasty I find it funny you put Wade above Kobe, i think that is a little stereotypical when Wade is not as good as Kobe, he is good, not that good.</div> Go to nba.com, check the stats, and look at Wade play, and don't bring up any of Kobe's past accomplishments. Not tremendously better but he still is playing better. 1. Kevin Garnett 2. Tim Duncan 3. Dirk Nowitzki 4. Lebron James 5. DwyaneWade 6. Kobe Bryant 7. Shawn Marion 8. Amare Stoudemire 9. Steve Nash 10. Shaquille O'Neal I'm making my decisions based on how they're playing atm.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Miami's Finest:</div><div class="quote_post">Go to nba.com, check the stats, and look at Wade play, and don't bring up any of Kobe's past accomplishments.</div> Answer me one question who would win one on one? Seriously and don't lie.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Billa_Bong:</div><div class="quote_post">Answer me one question who would win one on one? Seriously and don't lie.</div> Wade will beat him to the basket on every play.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Miami's Finest:</div><div class="quote_post">Wade will beat him to the basket on every play.</div> Andre miller? Remember that play? Same thing would happen. Also that is if he beat him which is unlikely.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Billa_Bong:</div><div class="quote_post">Answer me one question who would win one on one? Seriously and don't lie.</div> so this is about one on one? then Short guys like Nash, Tinsley and all those centers who need a passer to get a pass from shouldn't be on the list i guess. <div class="quote_poster">Quoting realdealbneal:</div><div class="quote_post">You seriously are hooked on Kobe. Without him, your world wouldn't rotate, huh?</div> Nah, that applies to you. Apparently you have more love than me for Kobe. I'll be fine if Kobe retires tomorrow.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Billa_Bong:</div><div class="quote_post">That looks about right. Also Wade Dynasty I find it funny you put Wade above Kobe, i think that is a little stereotypical when Wade is not as good as Kobe, he is good, not that good.</div> Uh...i haven't put any list here. What are you talking about? I'm putting my list NOW if you can see. 1. Kevin Garnett 2. Tim Duncan 3. Lebron James 4. Dirk Nowitski 5. Dwyane Wade 6. Kobe Bryant(talking about stereotype? when YOU are the one thats stereotyping and putting kobe above wade only because kobe's had successful past) 7. Amare Stoudemire 8. Ray Allen 9. Steve Nash 10. Shaq
Okay...take away Dwyane Wade, and place Kobe in his place in Miami. Does Miami have a better record? Are they better than 5th in the East? Better than third in their own conference, under Orlando and Washington? YES. And if you want to talk stats...then look at McGrady's stats last year, yet he wouldn't even be in the Top 10 because he had no leadership, no heart, nothing. Yeah, check Shaq's stats. He doesn't break the Top 20 if you wanna base it on stats. Yet, in reality, not based on stats...he does. Give it up. But, I forgot...Kobe doesn't pass, yet he's throwing 10 assists in his last few games. Kobe doesn't lead...yet he has been all year by himself (Odom has been pulling boards and that's about it). Kobe can't win in the West, yet the Lakers are 7-3 in their last 10 games, and their record is similar to the Heat's (no way, how can this be...with the almighty Shaq and the future HOFer Wade?). By the way, no need to reply. Until Wade is playing by himself and achieving more than Kobe and the Lakers are right now, then you can come back and brag. But at the moment, both teams are sitting on similar records. Kobe by himself, Wade with Shaq...and since the city of Miami was so high about the Diesel, then I guess you'd have to blame Wade for being 3rd in the Southwest, and for getting Stan Van Gundy fired up. Back to topic...Top 10 players.
