1. Carmelo Anthony, DEN - The guy did miss 15 games cause of his brawl with the Knicks but he deserves to go cause of the simple fact he is leading the league in scoring, doing little things and helping his team win. Melo has been snubbed before its time for redemption with him fillin one of the injured players.2. Elton Brand, LAC - Again this guy gets screwed, he got in last yr cause the team was finally good but just because they stink again he is left off. I understand Boozer had a great year and there is so many great forwards but the rules need to be changed cause this guy deserves to be in Vegas.3. Marcus Camby, DEN - Thats right you see the name, snubbed for the 2nd straight yr. He should go in over Amare and here is why, Amare's got the scoring advantage but Camby shows he is a more dominant rebounder, shot blocker and still does average double figures in pts. To be honest makes no sense to me but hey you be the judge.4. Emeka Okafor, CHA - The guy is making big strides this season like his 04' classmate Dwight Howard, but he gets completely overlooked at just because he plays for the Charlotte Bobcats. Which to me is probably gonna be the 2nd coming of Elton Brand around this time of year.5. Josh Howard, DAL - Again just like with Brand too many forwards... though I think the people who voted for Tony Parker should drop the bong down now, they should just send the best players no matter the positions... its just bs. The guy too is a big reason Dallas is so good, finally its not just Dirk.EXTRAPaul Pierce, BOS - I understand a bit why he won't go and the reason is just look at whats going on with the Celtics right now, and its a shame cause he just puts up the same big numbers 26 ppg, over 7 rpg, over 4 close to 5 apg, shoots well etc... its a shame. Well really all we gotta do is take Rip "biggest flopper" Hamilton out and the East roster would be just fine... except for Shaq lol.
I agree with that list, but I'd put Josh Howard up at number two behind Carmelo Anthony. I also expect Stern to put both of them in the All-Star Game as the replacements for Yao Ming and Carlos Boozer.

If Melo and him don't get in as injury replacements, then something is definitely wrong.

1. Josh Howardhow does the team w/ the best record in the NBA end up w/ one all star? Then the team w/ the second best record has THREE! Thats messed up2. Ray Allenisnt his fault that his team sucks w/o rashard. Allen isnt even on the radar for some reason this year, and he definitely should be3. Zach Randolph24 ppg. 10 rebounds per game. Those are all star stats, no doubt. Plus, when you consider they're already 1 win away from matching last years win total, you see the Zach Randolph effect. (besides the pwnsauce rookies on the blazers)4. Melo2 reasons why he didnt make it tho: suspension, and double-doubles. How many double doubles does melo have? 0. Kid needs to rebound more.5. Lamarcus Aldridge or Sergio Rodrigueznot for the REAL all star game, yes, but for the rookie-sophmore challenge, I think at least one of the two great rookies should have made the roster EASILY
I'd put Josh at top of the list because of the Mavs success, but Melo isn't that far behind IMO.I don't see how the Suns, who are the second best team IMO, get 3 All-stars, and SA, who isn't in Dallas' league this year, gets 2...but the Mavs get 1.This is going to be a big debate...either Josh is an actual All-Star, or Dirk IS the MVP...it's that simple to me.
