<div class="quote_poster">Quoting t-mac:</div><div class="quote_post">u gotta b kiddin me rookie, the elevator man is on his was down to the ground floor, im sayin raptors at number 8!</div> U dreamin! He is healthy this year! Ur only eva gonna c him if u look up! Just remeber the famous quote.... Watch Mr carter, watch the explosion, watch the legs, watch the up up and away, its the elevator man with the two hand jam!!!!! Hes had sum ups and downs but now hes bak and he will b dominating the hoops. and i wudnt b suprised if we add a (2 x) to the already title of "dunk champion" to his name!!!
oh im not denying he has got ups, i just dont think those ups are gunna take toronta anywhere but the first round and probably a quick exit
Yea, well we'll see whos laughing when Carter is dunkin on Kobe, Shaq, Mailman, Glover and Fox in 1 move at the Final
man can you get anymore bias saying that Vince Carter will be MVP... you only insult yourself when you speak such non sense...
T-Mac your predictions looks nice. That is what I would say. Raptors at #1? Yeah ok, don't come here and post that crap. Raptors won't go any higher than #8.
WEST: Lakers Spurs T-Wolves Mavs Kings Phoenix Portland Golden State EAST: New Jersey Detroit Indiana Phila Toronto Magic New Orleans Washington
You really think Golden State will make it over Houston?! Houston was right there last year, and with the Jazz gone, I think they move into that spot.
oh god, im almost ashamed being a vince and raptors fan with vc rox posting up his jargon here...raps will be decent, but dear lord, vince mvp? west: lakers mavs t-wolves sac town san antonio phoenix portland houston east: jersey detroit philla celts new orleans toronto pacers magic
1. Lakers- 4 HOFers, 3 (around)20ppg scorers, 2 All Stars, and a championship ring in a pear tree..... 2. Spurs- Duncan leads his team once again, but comes up short to the newly powered Lakers. 3. Kings- If Webber is healthy......if not, TWolves move up to 3, Kings slide to 5. 4. TWolves- Newly added players like Cassell, Sprewell, and Kandi move Minnesota past Rd 1. 5. Mavs- The defense of the Wolves is much better than the Mavs. KG will slow down Dirk, Sprewell will slow down Finley.......But on the opposite end, who is going to defend the Cassell, Sprewell, Garnett trio? Answer: No one. 6. Phoenix- Marion, Marbury, Stoudamire....talented. Make the playoffs as a higher seed, and their reward is to lose to the Kings(with Webber), or to lose to the TWolves(if Kings are w/o Webber). 7. Portland- They just keep sliding....... 8. Houston- Ming leading the way wont be enought to overcome the Lakers. 1. New Jersey- Repeat back to the finals.......their reward? Yet another sweep by the Lakers.....they must be getting used to this. 2. Detroit- Improved, yes. But still need to find a way to get around NJ. 3. Orlando- Yes....I think they will be one of the best Eastern Conference teams....allnet, if you still want to debate about it.... 4. Philidelphia- Grob can hit the mid range shots, something Phili lacked. Coleman is back. Iverson is Iverson..... 5. New Orleans- Davis needs to be healthy for this team to go.... 6. Boston- Walker and Pierce lead the way. 7. Indiana- O'Neal is still gold....but the loss of Miller will be catostrophic for them. He was a true center, and that gave Indiana a huge advantage. 8. Toronto- VC is healthy. More veteran team than the team 2 years ago that made the playoffs. Last year, it took 42 wins to make the playoffs. I think Toronto will have around 42-45. -------- Sorry..........but Bulls wont make it...........and this is coming from a huge Bulls fan.
West: Lakers Mavs Spurs Kings Twolves Suns Blazers Rockets East: Nets Pistons Magic New Orleans Pacers Philly Celtics Bulls over Toronto
it seems like in the east the top 7 spots r locked for 7 teams. the # 8 spot would be between toronto and chicago.
