I do not think Wisconsin will be a 4 seed. I do not think Southern Illinois will be either (but they should be). You might see NC State or another ACC team in one of those spots. I see how you wrote "Texas/OSU" for the #2 and #3 seed, depending on who wins the Big 12 tournament. Do you think you could do that also for Mississippi State and Kentucky in the SEC tournament? If Kentucky wins the SEC tournament, I feel like they could move ahead of MSU.

It's a very good possibility. If I were doing it, I'd put Gonzaga as a #1 before Kentucky, but we know how the NCAA likes to do things.
