From what we've seen so far, these are the guys that have impressed me: 1) Dwight Howard 2) Luol Deng 3) Andres Nocioni 4) Trevor Ariza 5) Emeka Okafor 6) JR Smith 7) Carlos Delfino 8) Andre Iguodala 9) Jameer Nelson 10) Sasha Vujacic HM: Kirk Snyder and Anderson Varejao
His FG% may be poor so far but Devin Harris deserves a mention. Mainly due to his 15 points 5 rebounds 6 assists 5 steals and 2 blocks performance on tuesday night. Delfino is amazing, this guy really could be Manu part II. The way he can slash and finish is quite a sight.

By my count, that is about 15 turnovers he created. He's the best defensive player the Mavs have ever had, probably one of the best defensive guards in the league.
Hmm, and in college he was known for not being agressive enough on defense, that's good that he's doing all that.
I might be a little bias here but I really like what Andre Iguodala is doing for the Sixers so far.He is doing the small things for the Sixers and I think he is currently leading the Sixers in assists,he brings tons of energy and defense to the team off the bench. But so far Dwight has been playing the best out of all the rookies,if he can keep up the stats he has now I think he could possibly snag ROY.
Iggy is leading the Sixers in dimes, and it's good for him, but not good for the team because he's only averaging 3.3 APG.
I'd put Emeka in the top 3, he seems like a leader on Charlotte, Nocioni is left open a lot thats why he scores...Devin Harris definitely belongs on there for his desire to win...the rest are fine where they are
Nocioni is truly earning what he's been given, if there is any player with more to gain then lose it is him. I think he could be one of the great role players for the Bulls. Okafor really impressed me when he took on the Wizards, he had 18 points and 10 boards I believe.
Sasha is really impressing me. Everyone was saying he wasn't good but he's a good drive & kick guy. Good spot up shooter, has good court vision, and is moderately quick. I like the kid.
I've only seen parts of a few Celtics preseason games, so my actual knowledge of the rookies are limited. From what I've seen though, Nocioni has really impressed me. I think he has a chance to be more than just a role player. I've enjoyed watching his game.
I Think so far in the Rookies catergory that Carlos Delfino,Sasha Vujac & Dwight Howard have been the most impressive Rookies so far in my opinion.i expect these 3 men will have sensational years ahead in the NBA.
I really like what I see in Devin Harris, he has such a desire. He will give you his all every play, other than that Emeka Okafor is looking pretty good. Pure
Dwight Howard has certainly impressed me. I didn't think he would have a very productive rookie season but from he's done in the preseason it looks like he just might prove me wrong. Devin Harris has also shown promise this preseason, especially in his huge performance he had earlier in the week.
From what I'm seeing from box scores, Shaun Livingston has been a big disappointment. He had received plenty of playing time, and although he seems to be doing a good job putting points up on the board, he is doing very bad assist-wise. Currently, he's averaging 0.5 assists per game, which is very low for a point guard, and disgusting for a great passer that he was touted as coming out of high school.
Mark Jaric has been handling PG duties more than Livingston, they're both on the floor together a lot, and Jaric was normally the one setting up the offense, Livingston made some nice passes yesterday but his reciver didn't make the finish, but he's been good on the defensive end.
Surprise rookie has to be DJ Mbenga. 5.7 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 1 bpg, and 1 apg in 17.7 minutes of play for somebody who is relatively new to the game is pretty impressive. He may break that Dallas 3 man center rotation.

Oh yeah and Devin Harris with another 5 steal game against Milwaukee, with the starters playing heavy minutes. Use the 'edit' button instead of posting two short posts in a row, thanks - SS
