Did anyone else here watch the Wolves/Rockets game last night? Minnesota had that game in the bag, but McGrady knocked down back-to-back shots to end it for Minnesota. The first one was a very tough shot - had McCants all over him and he still buried the fade-away after a pump-fake. The second one was a pull-up 3, and that was the dagger. It was a really tough loss for the Wolves, because they played very well until the final stretch of the game. They just couldn't close it out. Big Al was outstanding - he rained 3-4 jumpers and also made Yao dizzy with his moves inside. Yao couldn't do anything with him. Sebastian also had an outstanding game. He really set the tone with his energy and gets an A+ for the way he ran the team and distributed the ball. He had 11 or 12 assists and didn't turn the ball over once. Hell, he even hit a couple jumpers. He went through a little funk a couple weeks ago, but Bassy has been terrific as of late. Once again, a tough loss, but the team is definitely showing fight - something they didn't show for the first 5-6 weeks of the season.

Yeah, I wonder why he hit those jumpers. McCants shouldn't be playing. Green should get his minutes! Who cares? Wolves are just destroying Gerald's career and it's really sad, seeing how much work he puts in. I hope he takes all his frustration out on the Slam Dunk Contest.
Gerald is destroying his own game by not playing into the system that seems to have been working recently. I disagreed with the matchup on McGrady, but Green would not have done any better. Rashad has proved in the past to be a solid defender, Gerald not so much.

Let it go, this is out of hand and you're annoying everybody just like you did at CelticsBlog and BBW.

You just give Gerald the ball he scores, when GG wins the SDC, Minny really don't deserve to have a champion on their team.

And who was he guarding? T-Mac. Gerald is shooting 33% from the field this season, so I wouldn't say just giving him the ball gives you a basket. He takes very questionable shots and is very careless at times with the ball. I think he'll get better eventually, just not nearly as good as you seem to think.
