"Guys quit," McGrady said after the Bucks beat his Orlando Magic 127-104 Tuesday night. "We absolutely quit. It was embarrassing."

"Those guys were having fun out there," McGrady said about the Bucks' all-around dominating play. "I was jealous."

"If we do this tomorrow night in front of our fans, I hope they boo us," McGrady said.

Yea, one thing I hate about T-Mac is he blames everyone else but himself. He's the leader of this team. This is where they miss Daryl. T-Mac needs to keep his mouth shut now and just play ball. He's really becoming a Class A jerk.

Orlando's biggest problem is still their D. If their leader plays D (and he's damn good when he does), the team will follow suit.

Tracy McGrady is a great player but he needs to shut up. He always is blaming his team now but seems to abstain from flat out saying that he didn't play well either. Sure he had 41 points, but he didn't play like a leader and he isn't leading his team anywhere, except to hell. Although, it does bring pleasure to me to see the Magic collapse. [IMG]

Magic don't have a leader. A veteran leader who can step up and put this team where it needs to be. That's why they Darrell Armstrong was such a big part of Orlando's success. I'm convinced that T-Mac played hard, but he leads by example. Still, I wouldn't go out and blast my team, I'm sure you gave it your all 100% on the offensive and defensive side, right T-Mac?

OK, you guys just basically repeated what I just said. Go back to your own teams forums and leave us Magic Fans be.LOL

This is the worst season in our franchise. We're just gonna have to suck it up and pray for an Okafor.[IMG]

[IMG] Sorry crazytown. Since I really like when the Magic fail, I'm just going to wish that you have no luck in the lottery and miss out on the good players. [IMG]

I guess that McGrady has a reason to be pissed off at everybody. However, he needs to prove that he plays for the name on the front, and not the name on the back. He is a great talent and he just needs to play a team game, I think he should be traded to Detroit. This way we would be able to help him fit in and play a team game. :P

The Pistons are going nowhere. They lost to the damn Knicks. I'd rather suck ass and have a chance to be great then be mediocre(like the Pistons) and get knocked out by the Nets every year.

The Pistons will NEVER win cause they don't have a go-to-guy to hit a big shot. Name me one Championship teams that won without one.

They could've had one in Carmelo but good ole Joe took a Euro who's already complaining about minutes.LOL

We might suck but at least we're not the Pistons. :biggrin2:

Now, see, Pyro is definitely going to blast you for that one. I'll leave it to him.

Anyway, McGrady has to find a way to get these guys motivated. For some of them, they look like huge versions of fifth graders that barely know the rules. They play no defense, and only McGrady is not offensively challenged. They give him plenty reason to be angry, and with all these comments he's making, I know they hear them. When will they try and prove him wrong for more than one game?

I can't believe this. I always thought TMac changed. I too would be frustrated if it seemed my team was really bad and had no effort, but this is too much. Like Shaq, he really needs an attitude adjustment.

His skills on both offense and defense are no consolation as to how he acts. That's by no means, he has no right to any of that. Like you've all said, he's not even a leader. As much as I like him, he really needs to change and buck up and take the fall for once. Looks like he still has to mature.

You can't say Tmac didn't have a good game, he had 32 of our 1st 42 pts, he passed the ball to wide open teammates who bricked it. This had to be one of the most pathetic games we've ever played. What is he supposed to do, just let it go? Do you want him to be like JD and just say, let's play better next time guys? I sure as hell don't. He had to make these comments, hopefully they will fire his teammates up in front of the home crowd tonight. If I had tickets to tonights game after watching last nights game, I wouldn't go.

What to say, what to say? Thanks to Crossover and AllNet for leaving this one to me. [IMG]

We're going nowhere? You have a chance to be great? Look at your record, it is a hell of a lot worse than the Pistons. Detroit gets knocked out by the Nets every year? I only remember that happening once, and in the same year as when Detroit beat your precious Magic, especially after Tracy made it to the second round! If you would rather suck ass than be a contender for the Eastern Conference Championship, then it is your choice. I prefer to be educated instead of an idiot, and I would take the Pistons over the Magic any day.

We don't have a go-to-guy in the clutch? Ever hear of Billups? His reign of last second 3-pointers? He beat you a few times himself.

You need to be smarter than bringing up the Carmelo-Darko argument again. Dumars was the executive of the year for a good reason, he is a hell of a lot smarter than you.

Look at your signature, "2005 Comeback Player of the Year" Good luck with that, I'm sure glad the Pistons got out before the boat collapsed and sank your franchise along with Grant Hill.

Everybody has a few off games, too bad for the Magic it is a off franchise. We might have a few losses in a row, but at least we never had a 19-game losing streak like the worst team in the league, the Magic.

No No No....All you guys are wrong except Crossover and Sportsrock.

You had to watch the game to answer to this , if you only checked out stats and read the recap it sounds just like other games where we worked hard but didn't win.

I saw the game..I know sportsrock did too , I am glad T-Mac talked about it...He did everything tonight! there was a moment in the game..probably the 3rd quater I think where you could see it in his eyes he just wanted to make a run to try and win the game but he can't do it alone is impossible.

They gave up ...right after that 8-0 start for the bucks , we made a run and we were down by like 6 (well..T-Mac made a run) and then they made a run and that was it for everybody else in the team except T-Mac.He could've had a career high game..but he didn't want to be in front page of NBA.com with title T-Mac scores 57 Magic lose to the Bucks by double digits , Thats just great right?

As I said ealier...only guy to be in double digits besides T-Mac was Shammond Williams and he only got 6 mins lol...you gotta be kidding me. Is Wednesday...no trades yet [IMG]

I agree.. He has all the right to be upset about it.. But once again he did it wrong.. He has to talk to the team about.. He cant blab his mouth to the media..

Guys are getting off topic with the Detriot stuff.. So I am just going to continue on something... Juwan Howard was not that veteran they needed to sign.. Hes not a leader.. If they felt it was time to get rid of Armstrong they should of signed a older guy that knows how to run his team-mates.. I think Armstrong was the greatest Point Guard for us... Hes not the best.. But hes the point guard, he can control the team, both as a leader and as a point guard...

Yep. Armstrong was the big mistake, even though we would have had 5 pg's on the roster then. All I can say is DO A EDIT TRADE GABE AND THEN FIRE HIS EDIT. Oh, 1 more thing. JD, EITHER PLAY THE YOUNG GUYS OR RESIGN BEFORE THEY FIRE YOUR EDIT TOO.

Lol. It's funny how everyone tells McGrady to shut up when he complains about his teams poor performance. If you watched the Bucks/Magic game last night you already know that everything he said was true. McGrady played his heart out and his team never responds but when he's hurt and unable to play they play there hearts out. That's what pisses me off sometime about the Magic. If you read the Damn thing he said "we" that means he included. We sucked this season that's all. We're going to rebuild and be a top team in the future whether McGrady's there or not.

That pisses me off aswell , We've all seen what each player can do when they play at 100% I just don't get how they can't play like that all the time [IMG] . T-Mac doesn't even have to try and still gets over 25 pts.

If you saw the game you would understand where McGrady was coming from. At the half, he had more than half of his teams points; he was the only reason the halftime score wasn't 71-20. Theres only so much a player can do, and McGrady is beginning to understand that. The only complaint I have was his defense. I know he can play it and he didn't play it to his full potential. Maybe it's because he was too busy scoring for us?

Some of the best players start talking to fire up their teammates. The only problem is, McGrady's teammates play like they don't care. Something has to be said when the SECOND highest scorer for the Magic was Shammond Williams with 10. Last nights game reminded me of the Nugget game. McGrady dropped 51 and the Magic still lost, something has to be said about that.

He's the captain of the team, and he leads by example. He sure has hell has done that this season, but where are his teammates to back him? Granted, he has no leadership, but the guy should get a break. Dropping 40+ points with no team support is just uncalled for.

He really has no reason to stay in Orlando. Honestly, what could we offer him? A 'maybe' regarding Grant Hill's ankle?

Quoting crazytown:

Go back to your own teams forums and leave us Magic Fans be.LOL

Pyro already summed that one up, haha..good stuff.

Just out of curiosity, how have the Magic been these last 12 years? I believe the word mediocre comes to mind. Excluding the Shaq/Penny era, the Magic have been floating around the .500 mark. This is the first season in 12 years that Orlando has been below .500.

I'd love to be the Pistons right about now.

Let's see: One of the best defense players, consistant scorer, balanced bench, clutch players, and a promising future in Darko. Looks pretty damn good to me.
