I've always heard 3 okay players for 1 good player is a good trade, but I'm a bit relucatant to deal off Amare.
There points combined make up for amare's scoring, and you get more assists and nazr matches nearly amares rebounding added with hughs and jones they surpase it. Also Hughs gives you more steals do it.
I dunno man, it looks like you have a good lineup and you would have to drop players to Free Agency (which then that guy or another could retrieve and make the deal a steal) 3 good players for 1 great player is a great trade IF you have 3 bad players on your team, which it looks like you dont. If you had 3 bad players then I would give you the green light but you have a decent lineup. Honestly Amare seems to be a better player than what he has on his roster so I don't think you should do it. If you trade him it should be for another stud or two. But in all what categories do you keep losing in? You should try addressing the cats you keep losing in. Ex: If you keep losing in BLKs but dominate in ASTs try trading a guy who racks up dimes for a player that racks up blocks.
I wouldn't do it. you would have to drop some players to pick up the 3 and, as the others mentioned, you have a good lineup
