Joakim Noah, Omer Asik, and James Johnson for Greg Oden and Rudy Fernandez What do you guys think of this trade idea? It would be rolling the dice on Oden, while shoring up our shooting guard position with a better three point shooter. I think Oden, if he were to pan out, has more upside as a defensive anchor than Noah....and it's not really close between the two, because of the length and strength difference. The giant risk with Oden is that he is at risk of breaking all of the bones in his body if someone lightly taps him. The Blazers would get a dependable center option to complement their other core players. So as a Bulls fan, would you do this trade?
I read somewhere over the weekend that Oden has been hurt every year since the 8th grade. I think it was 8th grade. I would pass.

I like joel, but didnt he miss most of last season as well? I remember the blazers bein hit by injuries so bad that mcmillon even injured himself participating in practice cuz they didnt have enough bodies...
Yeah, I think he's not quite gonna be ready to play at the beginning of the season. But if the Nuggets want expiring contracts, he fits the bill
And shouldnt we get Joel? I mean we cant give up Noah and get NO ONE in return to replace him. yea we get Melo and Rudy but then we're gonna have a hole at C that we're gonna have to fill...
