While nothing is imminent, the Nuggets are in need of bulk and have some interest in making a move to get it. Among the big men reportedly being shopped are Atlanta forward Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Chicago center Eddy Curry, Los Angeles Clippers forward-center Melvin Ely, Orlando forward Juwan Howard, Cleveland center Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Dallas forward Antawn Jamison, Atlanta center Theo Ratliff, New York forward-center Kurt Thomas and Portland forward Rasheed Wallace.

If they got Antawn Jamison, look out, this team could be deadly, same with SAR, Eddy Curry hasnt proven anything yet, I think we will see a trade coming soon..but for who? and who will the Nuggets give up?

Ilgauskas back in the trading rumors again, very interesting.

Chris Anderson would be a nice start [IMG]

Some very nice names on that list. If Denver could get a stable big man, the future would be very promising. I dont think they need Howard though as Nene is a promising player who needs minutes to develop. Someone like Ilgauskas sounds nice.

How's this: Chris Andersen and Marcus Camby for Ilgauskas. Maybe this won't work because of Z's huge contract but I'm pretty confident that Camby has a pretty big contract as well, considering he's from NYK.

TRADE CAMBY FOR Z? Are you crazy, or you just don't watch a lot of Denver games? If you were to watch what Camby does for this team, you'd kick yourself in the ass for saying that. Not to mention, Chris Andersen has been a pleasent surprise.

    1. I'm not crazy.

    2. Yes, I don't watch a lot of your games. I live in Toronto and see about 8 Nuggets games in a season

    3. I can't kick myself in the ass, and trust me, I've tried

    4. Camby's playing years are winding with all the injuries and whatnot. Just because he's playing better this season than he was last season does not mean he'll play like that for the rest of his career. Z is in his prime and more consistent than both Andersen and Camby. So there.

Z doesn't go with the Nuggets run-and-gun style. Plus, he'd get pushed around like a rag doll in the west. He's slow, and quite simply, Camby is better. And Andersen has been great for us so far.

Z is too slow for this team. Also I don't think trading Camby is a good idea. He might retire if he gets too badly injured the next time. But until then he's doing great for your team. He's always been good, might as well make use of him while searching for a great backup, draft anybody? *hint hint*
