This one reported in the San Diego Post Union has David Boston to the Dolphins for a 3rd round draft pick....Im split on this trade, although Boston is a talented WR he seems to be a bad seed and not a great influence on Chris Chambers....the only reason I think the trade might actually work for Miami is becuase the Dolphins newest WR coach is Jerry Sullivan, who was Boston's WR coach with the Cardinals....Boston is said to like and respect Sullivan and the 2 get along well, as its reported....Boston did have his best seasons under Sullivan and if he can get straightened out as a person and a football player, he would make an excellent target to put opposite Chambers...
Boston is one of the strangest characters in the NFL. He should dominate, but he doesn't. Well...sometimes he does. When he wants to. If he can get into a situation where he likes his coaches and plays for a winning team, I think he can turn it around.
As I stated in the Miami forum, Boston is a head case but not completely off the reservation like Moss or Terrell. I would gladly give up just a 3rd rounder pick for Boston (player not city (ha?))
boston wouldnt suprise me if he was on the roids, and his 2 suspensions he had FROM HIS OWN TEAM happened due to roid rage, seriously he got pissed at the game and threw a tantrum. not a good player, besides i saw pictures of him last summer during training camp and i posted them at #%#%#$& but there gone now, but there is no way a man is that beastly and fast with anger problems and not on the steroids. beef u said he had some good seasons, i only rember him having 1 good season and that was only like 95 catches, this year he was ok. i wouldnt take him if i was promised a automatic playoff bid for as long as hes here. never
