Hey, I was looking at the list of kings training camp invitees on the kings site. I don't really know most of them and was thinking what opinions you guys have.

Hmm...Maurice Evans would be a great pickup. I kind of forgot about him...he didn't really have much of an opportunity in Minnesota, so he kinda faded away from the league. It'll give another shooter to the Kings...he shoots well, but like I said, he only played 5 minutes a game for 10 games.

I've seen a little of Tony Bland in college, but I didn't know he went to the USBL. I would imagine that he'd be a guard in the league, because he's not quite big enough to be an SF. He was a pretty good player in college, but he played at Syracuse before he transferred, so obviously he couldn't handle it there.

I thought Erik Daniels was going to put on a hat during the draft this year, but he didn't get drafted. He's not much of a player as far as a classified "good role player" would go, but he may avoid the IR and make the bench [IMG]

Matt Barnes is a hard nosed hussle player. He was a highly regarded tightend football prospect in highschool, but chose to pursue basketball. Like I said, he hussles and can get you some boards, but he's very streaky from the field. He can step out and hit the 3, altho not at a high percentage. I think he has a great shot of making the team..
