Got lazy and stopped playing sports and doing cardio for awhile. Just lifting weights, drinking beer, and eating fast!!! haha... Anyway, I got to 215ibs and at 5'10 it didn't look very good. I decided to diet since Jan '09 and this is my result as of June '09.
lol. damn, this thing went to the frontpage! LOL.... How did I do it? Diet my friend. I'll post it later. I have the basics written down somewhere. I've been hitting heavy weights now for a long time so I had quite a bit of mass on me to begin with. I just needed to get shredded down while keeping the mass I gained over the years.
I'm a T-shirt fanatic! Biceps and Forearms. I never really hit forearms directly. For Biceps its all about the barbell curls. I love them and they work!!! You just have to mix it up to keep your arms guessing. you body adjusts very quickly to routines so you have to constantly change up your workouts. I've done basic sets one week, drops sets the next week, heavy sets another week, and light sets till failure the next. My advice is to keep it at a weight where you can do at least 8 or more. If your doing 12 reps without struggling its time to up the weight. Concentrate on the squeeze at the top rather than the amount of weight your moving, and be sure to lower the weights slowly getting a nice negative. I've seen guys throw weights around and still look the same after 3 months. Proper form is far more important.
