Cleveland Indians outfielder Trevor Crowe has undergone right shoulder surgery and will be sidelined for at least four months. Crowe had the operation on his shoulder Wednesday at New York's Hospital for Special Surgery, the Indians said. The 27-year-old will return to Cleveland on Saturday to begin rehabilitation.
