Lawyers for former president Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court on Thursday to block release of his White House records to a congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Trump wants the justices to reverse a unanimous ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
