    Well, that clears things up.

    Strategery. This way Canada will be caught off guard when we pull out of NAFTA, and they'll still be reeling from that when we fire the nukes at Ottawa.

    Trump thinks NAFTA is the waterfall that separates Canada and the USA. It would be really hard to pull out of that.
