I think it would be great to run both ideas through the amendment process. Which do you think would pass?
I can't stand for this conservative movie grab. They are going to come for our movies and video games. But, you think that will stop the people who like bad movies from getting black market movies and watching them whenever they want? Instead, all the good PG movie folks will be defenseless against people armed with R movies. They can take my movies away from my cold dead hands.
This is a really stupid idea. And it goes against everything I stand for as an artist and musician. It was a terrible idea when Tipper and Susan Baker were pushing censorship in 85, and it's a terrible idea now. This idea goes further into desecrating an amendment than the gun control crowd has ever actually managed. I honestly didn't vote for Gore, just because of who his wife is and what she tried to do. That is a stain that will never leave her. When your societal reality begins emulating a Ray Bradbury book, you know you've gone wrong somewhere.
The democrats did a lot of really scared white soccer mom things in the 80's and 90's... centrist dems still have a ton of troubling behaviors with racism, sexism, and complacency borne out of a lack of having to strive. They're DINOs, to be honest.
Fake news again. A heavily edited version of him repeating a list of suggestions made to him by participants in his listening session with survivors and LEOS at the white House, which was the most Presidential act I've seen in decades. President Trump does not have a problem with the 2nd Amendment nor the 1st Amendments. The Socialists have a problem with both. He just thinks movie depictions of slashers and rapists, and virtual reality participations in personally carrying out gory mass murders are unhealthy staples for educating children. Maybe worse than presently R-Rated movies showing boobs and butts. No mental health expert would disagree. Few young boys reach the age of 12 without having mass murdered thousands of "people" for enjoyment, and then bragging about their "record". For some, it's the only positive recognition society gives them.
Didn't the government want to ban comic books in the 1950s because they said they were making kids too violent? Now we make comic books into violent movies.
