I think there should be recounts in Texas and Florida at least. Those were two states the Democrats expected to do well in....and should have. I’d bet money the Republicans cheated to pad their totals so no one would look askance when they demanded recounts in the states they lost in by smaller margins. Shit, they telegraphed their current moves/strategies months before the actual election. They KNEW the states to target for “fraud” claims way before the election. If the Republicans legitimately thought they would be defrauded months before it “happened”, then it’s on them for not trying harder to stop it. If the Republicans are sincere about recounts, “fair” elections, obeying the constitution (and whatever other verbal diarrhea they toss out), then lets recount EVERY stinking vote in America. I need 100% proof that 74 million Americans actually thought Donald Trump was fit to represent this country. Because I honestly don’t believe it. America (even currently) has FAR too much pride and patriotism to allow that buffoon to continue to degrade our image. I also honestly believe Trump cheated to win in 2016 and that far, far more evidence exists to prove that than exists to prove fraud by the Democrats in 2020. But if I had to guess, the Republicans out cheated the Democrats in 2016, and in 2020 the Democrats learned at the hands of the masters and out cheated the Republicans in 2020. I’ve never been a party line voter but I am now fairly certain I will never waste my time voting in another presidential election......and I most certainly will never vote for another Republican for any position at any level again in this lifetime. They have proven themselves to be entirely unworthy. I prefer my cheaters to be subtle, not ham handed and farcical.......

Thanks! I'm far from a constitutional lawyer, but the claim that Texas has been harmed seems quite farfetched, and I'd expect the suit to be thrown out on those grounds at the very least. Texas' votes are entirely separate from those of the Defendent States, and no matter how they run their elections, it doesn't change Texas's electoral votes. barfo
