I dont eat a lot of tuna, but when I do... Mixed a can of tuna with 1 tablespoon of mayo, then a bit more to get the right consistency. A dash of salt and pepper On sourdough with provolone Pickle on the side
Tuna melt....sourdough ...tuna with olives and fresh ground pepper...slices of bell pepper and jalapeno topped with vinegar and oil with jack cheese toasted in the oven....and no HCP...I don't want to supersize it!
...sushi usually includes rice...but for me, sashimi only, thin sliced sushi grade raw tuna, ...with soy and wasabi mix.
Blue fin tuna with soy and wasabi...clear ruby red sashimi....I didn't think HCP knew tuna was anything but Chicken of the Sea
