    But runs as a Democrat and is clearly not one of them... He would love to be put on the Ballot as a (D) though because he thinks it'll get him more attention. This is kind of what I think Jones guy is doing, he's aligning with where he thinks the votes are at.

    Well... Doesn't it kind of depend on what those people actually said?
    If they were using racial slurs, and such while "calling him out", then yeah they're racists... Racism doesn't really know political lines, I think there is plenty of racism and bigotry to be found all over the place personally.

    My post didn't have anything to do with "what's germane." You just seemed to have the mistaken impression that the newspaper as a whole has adopted the "Sleepy Joe" moniker. A columnist using it is no different than a sports columnist calling Vince Carter "Vinsanity"--it doesn't mean the newspaper he writes for is now calling Carter "Vinsanity" as part of some editorial decision.

    Poll is of "registered" voters. A better poll would be "likely" voters. Or even better, "recent" voters.

    Biden can lead in the polls from here through October, but if he doesn't get the turnout, it won't matter. Trump supporters seem to be passionate enough to actually vote for him; will enough Trump-haters do the same to defeat him? :dunno:
