Tutorial: Add a border to your render.

    [​IMG]1. Creat a new layer underneath your cropped player2. CTRL + click on your cropped players layer.3. With the selection still intact, select > modify > expandYou want to make this number how far away you want the outside edge of the stroke away from the player. (for this one I chose 6)4. Fill this selction in with your color, in the blank layer under your cropped player, you want the stroke to be (I used blue).5. Select > Modify > ContractThis number will see how thin your stroke will be, want a 1 px stroke? Enter 1 here. This what I did.6. Hit delete.You're done!

    Someone else explained it to me but I didnt get it... so now I know!thanks for putting this up

    wait....I'm trying to do this and its not working. When I contract it doesn't take away the fill just the 1 px on the outside. HELP!

    This is a sick tut that I was just wondering in my head until I passed it by, but I have a problem. On the 5th step, it wont let me go to modify to change the size of the outline..
