I am a very happy basketball fan today. First, I find out Greg Oden is making his debut, then I find out I will get to watch Kevin Durant for the first time (other than the High School All-American game last year). Also, I really like watching Arizona, and they have 4 players that I really like (Williams, Budinger, Shakur, Radenovic). So, there might not be any NBA games on TV tonight, but I will remain a happy camper watching these 2 college games. Wait a second, why is Oden under the star watch if he isnt playing in one of these two games? Did you mess up under the listing matchups or is Ohio State playing a different team?

O ok, I just skipped right over that. But I am really looking forward to the Texas and Gonzaga game. This is going to be a true test for the Longhorns playing against a very hot team that has alot of talent. If the Longhorns could win this, I see them shooting up in the poles a little bit. Durant is a straight up monster....you can tell that he is on a different level than his opposition. I HOPE to find the same in Oden.
I can't wait for the Arizona/Illini game. Finally we get a chance to give some much needed payback after blowing the lead to them in the Elite 8 two years ago. Should be a great game and I'm hoping Arizona gives a serious ass kicking.
Well, too bad Texas is getting their asses handed to them, but Durant has been very impressive. This kid has the total package, the height, the athleticism. He needs to fill out his body a little bit more, but not really all that much. He can handle the ball, shoot, drive, back down, he's quick, he runs the floor, super athlete, solid ballhandler, etc. This kid is going to be a star in the NBA.

You got to see Kevin Durant live, even though Texas was crushed (the score says they lost by 10, but if you watched the game you know it was worse). Also, the Illinois/Arizona game was definitely a good one. Awesome win for Zona, a lot of guys really contributed. It was a great turnaround by the way, they were getting killed to begin the game. Chase Budinger and Mustafa Shakur came up huge for Arizona today. Marcus Williams did ok, he could have had better shot selection, but he did pretty decent. Not to mention, Arizona only played 2 players off the bench and they still took it, Illinois used most of their bench.

We have so many options. Chase Budinger came up with that huge basket where he was intentionally fouled and he made a 4 point play which made it a 3 possesion game, marcs Williams nailed that big 3 with about 3 minutes left which started the run that won it for us, mustafa shakur made some great passes towards the end as usual aswell as Radenovich, and Jawan McClellan had some big offensive boards for us towards the end. We also did a good job getting Illini players in foul trouble towards the end.

My friend got Kevin Durant to sign his shoes, and my other friend got him to sign his pamphlet. It was really cool.
