Ty was and idiot though...as for what I have heard he would have had more money up front if he had taken our offer before last season...LOL I love that he lost out..and will have trouble FEEDING his family..lol Should be interesting to see him twice a year...I look forward to it..it was fun seeing bledsoe and milloy as a bill...and even curtis as a jet..its been so long though since he left I don't even think about it...

When (not if) the bills come crashing to earth from the unrealistically high expectations you set for them, does that mean you'll zip it?

    I seriously doubt it.

    HELL YEA JETS

what a great pickup i'm so siked, hopefully hes the defensive piece the Jets need to really be great, and what they needed was a shut down corner after missing out on Winfield last year this is a great pickup.

Hes gonna really help the Jets defense. But he doesnt have a very good #2 corner across from him. JETS 1083 how is that second round CB looking like?

The Number 2 spot will be up for grabs between Pete Hunter, David Barett and even Justin Miller. Barrett's the most likely choice for now until Miller can get acclimated to the game speed. Miller won't contribute as much on defense this year as he will on Special teams.

Miller will probly be the nickel corner so that get experience without going up against the really good recievers

Shut me up? Your the one that comes in trowing all sorts of predictions around...and comparing everyone on your team to hall of famers.....please you don't see me claiming anything that I don't have enough proof and reason to believe...you don't hear me claiming Deion Branch is gonna go for 1,300 yards and 10 scores this season do you? Because thats the kinda garabage you spew.....or you'd actually compare him to like Jerry Rice or something because your all about comparisons to guys vastly superior to players on your team...

the only thing buffalo has going for themselves is there running back. the new QB is going to fall on his face, just watch. the Pats will probably split one with the jets and beat buffalo both times they meet them.

looking forward to that then the Pats and the Jets will shut the Bills up... though i dont think there is anyone to shut up but tko because the Bills have shut themselves up the last few years. [IMG]

but anyway the cornerback situation will go like this.... Ty Law and David Barrett will be #1 and #2. Justin Miller will move up to the #3 CB. Derrick Strait a 2nd year guy will become the nickelback since Ray Mickins has been cut. Strait played nickel all last year when Mickins was injured and he did fine. I'm so glad that we got someone finally, without him they didnt look so good.

I think Miller will be good in his 2nd year, its good that he is in the nickel to get experience. Next year Miller will be the #2 corner

Now you just have to hope Ty is truely healthy for the season....he's a warrior and will play through injuries but that one was a nasty one. I hope he has a good healthy year though because he was awesome for us regardless of anything he said...I just hope his foot is a little too sore to keep up with branch or givens when we play you thats all [IMG]

well that's the nice thing isn't it, if he shuts down one side we have a great wide out on the other side as well. i thought Ty was great and he did play with some injures, he is a tough guy. i remember him two years ago when he hurt his ankle and he picked off a pass and ran it back for a touch down, after though he was limping. not that you would have known it durring the play. i still have a jersey with his number, and i will still wear it, like i said he is a great player.

This signing is gonna really help the Jets. With Abraham gone, there wasnt really a good CB. With Law coming in, Miller can have time to delvolp
