I am wondering, who would you compare him too? I can't think of anyone yet, but my god he is a highlight reel. Just fun to watch. This kid is gonna be a superstar.

Tyrus Thomas Dunkshttp://youtube.com/watch?v=NEOd5Ph56Gg Watch that...great collection.... Comparison for Tyrus Thomas? He's kind of like Josh Smith, athleticly and with the shotblocking/rebounding/passing.....but it's hard to compare him.

Clark Kellog - look it up. Clark Kellog got injure early in his career but he was pretty much a Tyrus Thomas clone. Josh Smith is an ok comparrison as well.

I would call him a Stromile Swift with alot more potential. Both have the same style of play, flashy dunks, good shotblockers but Tyrus is a better rebounder.

I would say hes like a Stromile Swift. He has a better shot at his age than Stro, and Ty Thomas doesn't have the ballhandling and passing Josh Smith does. Ty Thomas might become what Stro Show was supposed to be.

How about Shawn Marrion? They both are long athletic freaks who get it done on defense.

It's ready hard to compare Tyrus Thomas because he doesn't have many developed skills.

Stromile Swift/Young(er) Amare Stoudemire.Athletic freak, but no developed basketball skills yet outside of shot blocking. His body and athleticism remind me of those 2 the most.

I would say Kenyon Martin, but his frame reminds you more of Stromile Swift. Hopefully he can turn into something like the two, but his height might end up hindering him. You definitely don't see anymore athletic rebounding/shotblocking/dunking power forwards in the NBA or in the draft like them. Makes me wish Antonio McDyess' knee hadn't been shredded to pieces...
