69-66 in Cincinnati The Bearcats are now 3-1 in conference Holy shit, just holy shit. I never expected something like this this season. The two stud sophomore combo guards battled it out with Nova's Scottie Reynolds putting up 32 on 21 FGA's and missing the final shot at the buzer while UC's Deonta Vaughn put up 25 on 15 FGA's

Seton Hall has disgusted me thus far in conference play.</div> They almost beat Marquette the other night. Pitt was just too big for them today. Don't forget, they're without Paul Gause, who led the Big East in steals for much of the season.
Did you watch the Marquette game? If you did, you wouldn't mention it when talking about Seton Hall playing well. They played one of the most god-awful games I've ever seen. Marquette played an equally sh*tty game, which was the only reason it was close. Seton Hall's offense is awful. No one can score inside, so it consists of the four 6-5 and under guards/wings playing one on one, and taking a ridiculous jump shot, or driving into some wild spin move and heaving a shot at the basket.

So, they're still not a big team, so the 6-5 and under wings, like Eugene Harvey, Jamar Nutter, Brian Laing, and Jeremy Hazell have to score from the perimiter for them to win, and yet they came close to getting a huge win at Marquette. They'll be fine. They get another shot at Marquette at home, they will have Paul Gause back for the game. Nobody ever thought this team was going to the NCAA Tournament or even the NIT, the goal is to get back to the Garden and build from there.
Like I said, the only reason they almost beat Marquette, is because Marquette played an equally awful game. The way the Pirates played, it should have been a blowout. Watching their offense makes me want to throw up, it's like watching a pickup game.
