UCLA is expected to announce on Sunday that basketball coach Ben Howland has been fired, a source with direct knowledge of the situation said late Saturday night. On Saturday night the school released a statement saying that Howland has not been fired. "Contrary to multiple media reports this evening, UCLA has not fired men's basketball coach Ben Howland," the statement read.
