Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb. 4th) The new poster is pretty cool. It's like they are ghosts with the black & white floating torsos.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb. 4th) Ricardo Lamas out, Dustin Poirier without an opponent for the second time.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb. 4th) Rumor that Diaz didn't show up to film part of the countdown show going around the interwebz.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb. 4th) Snowden's rumour has been debunked by the UFC Twitter feed. Says they wrapped up weeks ago without issue.

Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) Jorge Lopez out, Henry Martinez in. Martinez has competed at featherweight and lightweight so fighting a big welterweight like Riddle should pose some problems.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) Stittgen/Thompson and Kuiper/Natal will both be broadcast on Facebook.com prior to the prelims on FX prior to the PPV. As long as it isn't Fuel that's fine by me.

Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) That is a great internet promo, lol. This main event is so hard to pick. I like both guys. I think Diaz has the striking advantage, but Condit is more powerful and versatile.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) Yeah, I'm a big fan of both so I'm going into it without any expectations (other than expecting it to be a really great fight). Condit's power is a glaring advantage but Daley, Noons, Penn, etc. couldn't put Nick away either. To his credit, Condit is coming off 3 consecutive KO though. Interestingly, wiki says Condit is only a purple belt in BJJ. Don't know how accurate that is but could be a major advantage for Nick if Condit shows that he wants nothing to do with taking the fight to the ground. If I have to pick I'd go with Diaz.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) Put a gun to my head...I pick Condit. I just think his striking is too versatile. Penn, Daley are both great boxers...with Condit, you have to look out for the legs and knees, too.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) Obviously Condit will try and avoid a boxing match with Diaz. I think Jackson will design a game plan for Condit that is heavy on leg kicks. When the striking gets too close for comfort Condit will maybe try to press Diaz against the cage or take him down. I don't think he will hang out in Diaz's guard, either, so when he takes him down if he can't pass in the process he'll probably stand up and attack with kicks to Diaz's legs or try to stand over him with punches. Against MacDonald, Ellenberger, and Kampmann, Condit had his hands full. I think Diaz is well above that level, but Condit will be at his best. I pick Diaz to win but it should be very competitive.
Re: UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit (Feb.4) I think this match could look exactly like Nate Diaz and Cowboy Cerrone did.
