The UFC has precious few long-time celebrity fans. David Spade (SNL), Laura Prepon & Wilmer Valderrama (That 70's Show), Kevin James (King of Queens), Jamie Pressly (My Name is Earl), Shaq & Sir Charles, and Michael Clarke Duncan (Planet of the Apes) are the core group. Duncan went the extra mile (har) and did some voice-over work for the UFC in the past. Duncan suffered a myocardial infarction (heart attack) in July and spent the past seven weeks attempting to recover in hospital. Duncan was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in The Green Mile some years ago.
