"Ugliest Skyhook Ever" http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/5457986 <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">One second into the Rockets-Sonics game, Johan Petro was called for a foul when he bumped Yao Ming on the tip-off. Welcome to the league, rook. Later on, Stromile Swift made the ugliest sky hook ever as it bounced off the top of the backboard twice before it dropped through the net. </div> I did not see this last game, but apparantly Swift had one of he ugliest skyhooks ever. I'm laughing just picturing it in my head. To make this a discussable thread, what do you think is the worst looking shot you have ever seen?
Hmmm. I think I'm going to move this to the NBA Forum where this will be more discussable since there's more people and it applies to the entire league.
No one had an uglier shot than Dennis Rodman. He hardly tried. Still, the winner in my memory is the Manute Bol two-hand put-back where contact with the backboard was not guaranteed. But a skyhook you say? Not a popular shot these days, so I'll go with along with your choice.
Josh Childres... haha.. and shawn marion.. they both have a quick release and both shoot from their lower chest.. haha.
Well, I guess its just a case of what ever works best for you. But on topic, Yao Ming's 3 point shot, while not seen often, is the ugliest shot I've seen.

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting NTC187:</div><div class="quote_post">I was thinking more of where the ball goes when he shoots it, ala All star Game 2004, lol</div> It's the All-Star game lol. Sheed shot threes with his left hand.
