Tice certainly does not win any fashion awards for his sense of style. The sweater vest and the perpetual pencil behind his ear...where did that come from??? Do you remember this popular Green saying: "Plan your work and work your plan" Oh man...I'm glad I don't have to watch those news conferences anymore.
