<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">[Darrell] Armstrong scored a career-high 35 points, including a 3-pointer over Duncan with 1.9 seconds remaining that lifted the short-handed New Orleans Hornets to a 98-96 victory over the Spurs. </div>

Amazing showing by Darrell, who really showed what a mistake it was by Orlando to let him go, and what a keen move by the Hornets to pick him up. Jamaal Magloire had another solid game with 17 points and 9 rebounds.

that was a great win, the bugs were in a funk and needed that win bad. with no b diddy or mash a win at san antonio, one of the elite teams in the west, was simply amazing. even if armstrong did a pull a game out of his ass(come on, you have to admit armstrong won't usually come out with that high of a shooting percentage, plus the shot at the end of the quarter), the hornets persarvered for a hard fought win. this win was helpful both from a record standpoint and even more importantly from a mental standpoint. hopefully this will lead to a positive mindset for the team which will only improve once b diddy and mash return.
