It doesn't matter who Drury gets. The team played better defensively the last few games but Shesterkin doesn't make many big saves any longer. Like I've said. Since he had a kid, he's been average at best. I'd almost rather they start Halak for a while and send him a message that his crap play isn't going to cut it.

Sounds nuts but watching Shesterkin he's lazy in goal. I don't see the effort to stop the puck like he had last year.

I have to agree with Dump, he has been playing average at best and this team can not afford an average goalie to make a run.

If the playoffs started today, I'd start Halak. 100%. He's just not playing better than Shesterkin. He's playing a lot better.

Wow. You would start Halak. I’ve been frustrated with Igor’s play but I still trust the guy and Allair will work with him to get him ready for the playoffs. And this excuse having a kid is moronic. Most of them are married and have kids.

Lol you would play an old has-been over a vezina trophy winner. Hank was also not great the whole time.

I think it's a combo of both the team farting around in it's own zone too much, as well as Igor not being as sharp/reactive as he has been in the first few seasons. Whether the kid thing plays into it I'm not sure but it definately could being contributing some.
