Finally. After 5 tomato cans we're playing a real top 25 team on the road in a very hostile environment. One of our top impact players at a critical position is gone, our QB struggles with 1st quarter passing and our defense is suspect. On the plus side we have amazing talent and depth at RB, WR, D-Line, DB. I can't wait!!! AND I HATE THE HUSKIES!!!!!!
This game has so much on the line for UW. New Stadium, 10 years of losing, no BCS bowl, and recruiting.... That's a ton!!! For us... a blowout and I like our chances to win the whole thing this year and Stanford goes on chicken little watch. We too have recruits watching this closely and our national championship riding on our outcome. Can't say I'm not nervous, but I think Marcus is the difference maker and seals the Heisman with this signature win!
I agree. MM's passing is down this year and a big game and he gets big time recognition (not that he already doesn't have it, but it really gets solidified with a big win and strong performance.).
UW is greatly improved from the past nine years but no where near ready to match Oregon with skill and depth. I'm not concerned about our offense and I'm not concerned about MM at all. We are going to put up points. I'm most pleased that we get to see just how good this defense is. We've had some good games for our new LB's to settle in. I've traveled all over the West to go to away Duck games. My worst experience by far was at Husky Stadium. A beatdown will take place. Go Ducks!!
Sometimes I can't tell if you actually believe the crap you post on here, or if you're just trolling.
surprisingly great article from the Seattle Times on the Duck coaches & program http://seattletimes.com/html/budwithers/2022003280_withersoregon10xml.html?syndication=rss STOMP
