The league couldn't actually force him to do that, could they? I mean, there isn't a rule in place about that, is there? IMO it's prolly BS that a writer made up.
The man's got money already though. Who knows how secure he is financially at this point. And how much he cares about money.

I mean, he did retire early when he could've stuck it out for a couple more years and easily made a few more million.

Would they send an official to all the Nets practices and meetings? If they do that for us, they better do the same for the Grizzlies.
