Alright, how do you think the Warriors will do on this upcoming road trip? We have: @ Indiana - 2/24 @ Memphis - 2/25 @ Minnesota - 2/27 @ Chicago - 2/28 This is a pretty tough part of the schedule, but I'm thinking at least a 2-2 trip even though they're two back-to-backs.
I think the W's can do well through this trip, but then again the W's can do well any night they want but somehow either forget that they have talent or sometimes don't want to win games. But seeing how this road trip makes or breaks a serious bid to distinguish themselves as playoff bound, i think we'll see some inspired basketball. My Preds... 1. Seeing how Artest is out with an injury and Harrington is starting in his place, we'll see a Pacer's team trying to make up for intensity on D. I say, pound it down Damp initially and try to get J. O'Neal out of the game. He likes to block, so take it strong to him. I think Speedy and Kwik will have to play huge with Cardinal and Dunleavy being consistent for use to pull off the W. 2. THis is it, This is the game against Memphis we finally win. Enough with the Double OT's and the phantom calls. The Basketball gods will look favorably on the W's after robbing them last time. Its Karma...we got to believe. 3. If i remember correctly the W's went into Minn. and beat the Wolves earlier this year. In fact I say the W's pull off another win there. Is that a sweep of the Wolves this year? The W's usually pull off a weird feat during a year and i feel that sweeping a season series against the Wolves qulifies. 4. Hmmm Chicago. Not I think the W's can definitely rock it in Chicago. Either finishing up a 4 game win raodstreak that gets a playoff buzz starting. Or licking its wounds after a disappointing 0-3 road trip. EIther way this is a must win and the W's should be able to win. My hope 4-0 with everyone and they're mothers jumping on the Warriors bandwagon. or a 1-3 with all hope last at worst. i think it'll be a 2-2 realistically. Either way a win against Indy, Mem, or Min will be a statement. Go Warriors
Warriorsfansnc93, We must be Warrior's fans or we wouldn't put out three predictions, one that we expect, one we hope for, and on we have a gut feeling about that puts a bad taste in our mouths. oh the pain of a Warriors fan. Looking good being a "Starter" by the way.
If the Warriors went 2-2, which is possible, it would be a success. If they went 3-1, it would be a steal. Aren't we like 2-0 against the Wolves this year? We have proven we could beat them, even on the road. The Memphis game is a very winable one also. The Chicago game should be a given, we must win that one.
Just our luck that Speedy hurt his thumb trying to dunk otherwise his hand would have been nowhere near the rim. He can dunk btw but usually he doesn't because its too risky.

I would not be suprised if we do go 3-1 because we have shown we can beat the Wolves, I am not sure what our record is against the Pacers, we SHOULD beat Memphis even though their record is better than ours, and we should sleep walk through Chicago.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Warriorfansnc93:</div><div class="quote_post">If the custodian says we will go 0-4, we will really go 4-0. C'mon, dont go warriors!</div> It doesn't work that way. I have to predict and do the reverse-jinx on the night the game is on because that's when I'm feeling the vibes the most. Also NVE has powers beyond anyone's control that either wins or loses the game so I'm not responsible if he does something crazy like launches the ball between three defenders with 5 on the shotclock or fouls somebody to tie the game.
I don't have much trust in the Warriors. 0-4 they'll go. Coming out of this 2-2 would be great, but they are facing 4 teams on the road, three of them are playoff teams, and the Bulls can beat anyone when they want to.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Trip:</div><div class="quote_post">and the Bulls can beat anyone when they want to.</div> So most of the time they don't want to?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Trip:</div><div class="quote_post"> and the Bulls can beat anyone when they want to.</div>Thats BS. They have a horrible team and injuries have not helped.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Rudeezy:</div><div class="quote_post">Thats BS. They have a horrible team and injuries have not helped.</div> That's what I thought. But I wouldn't know because I don't watch them. I remember last game we killed them.
I'm thinking they'll go 1-3. They don't play well on the road and when NVE has been in the line up they never win. I think they'll win in Indiana tomorrow and lose the rest.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting custodianrules2:</div><div class="quote_post">That's what I thought. But I wouldn't know because I don't watch them. What I was saying was that if they put the effort on against the Warriors, they could be in trouble.

Hell you think those Warriors games slipped away because they put a lot of effort into staying in the game? Heck, they just folded after they blew all that lead. Gave up. Didn't put effort into closing games out when they had the big lead.
It comes down to this, the Warriors are a better team than the Bulls. The Bulls flat our stink. But the Warriors have struggled on the road and if the Bulls play a decent game, it could go either way.
