After this season, and if we get some cap room with Big Dog leaving, which free agents do you think will benefit the 76ers and who do you think we actually have a reasonable chance of landing?

A good number of those players have signed contract extensions ala Tracy, Kirelenko, Zach Randolph and Pau Gasol. But supposedly were going after some big name free agents this offseason but also have some players are selves that are critical to resign.

The 76ers estimated salary cap next year still doesn't give them room to sign any major free agents. It's estimated at $58.3M, not including the money they need to spend on Dalembert, and Korver (I think he's an FA after this year as well.)

Yeah, we have to sign Korver, Green, and Dalembert this offseason. We won't have the money to go after those names. Maybe if management hadn't overpaid both Kenny Thomas and Brian Skinner to the level that they did we'd have a shot at some new faces. Oh well.

What a tease!!! Seeing all those names and there are some terrific players that would really help our team, but becasue we have no spare cash, we cannot go after any of them. That really sucks but as long as we can resign our free agents i guess thats a good thing and something to look forward to. Wish we could dump contracts like Thomas and Skinner. Oh well, wishful thinking!!!
