Whats up guys Anyways i was watchin the news.. the defense brought some good points out.. The girl accusing kobe had semen from dna other than kobe in her underwear that was taken up!!! The people who were above kobes hotel room heard no screams or yells and they had the doors and windows open... The girl ran into her boss.. and he said she acted normally like nothing was wrong and finished out her shift.. Is it just me, or is this girl tryin to scam kobe .. I really hope that they cant prove the time of those bruises on the girls body.. It was also intresting that kobe had no scratches or bruises.. I cant wait til the bellman has to testify.. he'll crack under pressure.. hes the only piece to help the prosecution, and it seems shaky that this girl would go back to work after bein 'raped' And whats this girl has to testify.. They will break her down, and prove the truth

They have a timeframe from when the sex occured between Kobe and her. I don't have enough facts to make an accurate judgement. But I'm not gonna believe that Kobe didn't do it just because he is a star and she had sex with 3 other guys. I don't know Kobe, I don't know the girl. Only time will tell who is telling the truth.
With all of the new evidence that was brought to the jury's attention I think the case is going to get thrown out... I didn't think Kobe did it anyways... He has more money than he knows what to do with it, Girls will throw themselves at him, and his wife is FINE!!! Now why does he have to RAPE her... He told everybody from the beginning he committed adultry so he's not trying to hide anything from the jury... I just think its going to be a hard case for this crazy girl to win
