To me, a white paper is a paper which explains or discloses. It can only be factual, not opinion. By the way, this is a great idea to bulk up the board and make money for Denny and his leeching profit-sucking Uriah Heep, Sly. I look forward to hundreds of threads arguing about definitions of particular words.
"purpose is to simplify an unknown subject" Take out "unknown" and I agree. "desirable way" No. the British definition... I don't know about that.
Someone once trashed me in here because I called @EL PRESIDENTE "son". Meanwhile, EL liked my post, so there's that.
I knew that you knew that. It was all in fun. In fact, I don't mind it when you call me a pasty, privileged WASP. I'm working on that. Really am.
Would you say that you're a minority being oppressed by a society that enforces the status quo by silencing you through unjust double standards? Is there an unequal distribution of likes in our society?
If I knew which specific party/parties/factions were enforcing said status quo, I might be able to answer your question.
