    Actually, like nearly everything else about the most secretive nation in the world, we have no idea what their natural resources amount to.

    What we do know is they have more soldiers than we do and they totally kicked our ass last time we attacked them.

    We already have millions of unemployed but skilled contruction workers ready to do just that. The repubs are the only roadblock.
