Even if this turns out to be true...Most people in the middleeast won't believe it and will think it's just the west making things up.
There are so many look alikes, it's so hard to tell if he's alive or dead. Plus, there are still a ton of terrorists out in the Middle East just as terrifying..
Even if he's dead, someone will just step up into his place. And it will continue like a cycle such as in Munich(great movie btw, recommend everyone to see it).

You could say higher security but it's not everyday a group of people hijack a plane and crash it into a building. Also, any day there could be terrorist attacks even after this wake up call.
