Yeah. I hate Hughes. Really loathe his game. The problem is, I wonder if the team still needs the scoring he provides, even though it makes you want to pull your hair out. Yesterday it was excruciating. BG was on fire for most of the game and he just wasn't getting the ball enough with Rose not being particularly pass friendly and Hughes being abominable.

What do you guys think of VND? He pisses me off because the Bulls just don't have the quality of structures we're used to seeing. But at the same time, Skiles would have called multiple timeouts down the stretch of this game. And the Bulls wouldn't have converted after them. I'm not sure what to think of VND.
He probably should be yelled at a bit by Paxson for putting Deng in for Gordon at one point during clutch time (but it was only during one posession, then he fixed things). Our guard play is pretty good. If we can trade for Chris Kaman or Joel Pryzbilla our team would be really good, just because of the defense they bring (and Kaman brings a bit of offense too). Luol Deng + Tyrus Thomas for Chris Kaman and filler after December 15th should work under the CBA.
So I love Derrick Rose. Another huge game tonight, including 10 in the 4th. The kid is just nuts. That coast to coast finish he had to end the half was sick. I'm going to enjoy seeing him in a Bulls uni for a long time to come, and he's looking like the real deal. I just wish we could find a way to decrease his minutes, because I don't like him playing 40+ so frequently. Oh yea, and thanks Larry Hughes. You were good for something tonight.
