This past season, Trevor Booker made a significant impact with the Utah Jazz. He was good on the court as Derrick Favors' backup at power forward. He quickly ingrained himself with the Salt Lake City community, and he became a valued locker room presence over the course of the year. The Jazz have rewarded Booker for those efforts. On Thursday morning, Utah guaranteed the remainder of Booker's two-year contract, NBA sources informed The Salt Lake Tribune. With that, Booker will make $5 million for the 2015-16 season. Sources have told The Tribune since the beginning of free agency that this move was likely, although the Jazz held off for a few days to retain financial flexibility in case they wanted to make a move. - See more at: http://www.sltrib.com/sports/2713713-155/utah-jazz-guarantee-rest-of-trevor
