    PHOENIX (Ticker) -- The Utah Jazz begin a key five-game road trip Friday night as they take on the Phoenix Suns.

    Utah, which has not missed the postseason since 1983, is s ninth in the Western Conference one-half game behind Denver for the final playoff spot. After playing the Suns, the Jazz will visit Denver, Toronto, Cleveland and Atlanta.

    The Jazz have won six of eight and come off home wins over Golden State and the Los Angeles Lakers. On Wednesday, Utah posted a 91-77 win over Golden State as Andrei Kirilenko had 20 points and 15 rebounds and Raja Bell added 15 and six assists off the bench.

    Phoenix sits in last place in the Pacific Division and has split its last six games following an eight-game losing streak.

    Amare Stoudemire led the Suns in scoring for 11 straight games before finished with 19 points in Monday's 103-90 loss at Dallas. Shawn Marion paced the Suns with 29 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists.

    Utah has won the first two meetings this season, including a 96-92 victory on February 7 for coach Jerry Sloan's 900th career win. </div>
