I'm looking forward to this match-up. I did not think the Utes would get this far, but with Bogut they have a chance against the Wildcats. Tubby Smith will have a gameplan to stop Bogut, but as Bogut showed, he can beat you even though he's not scoring. His ability to win games by rebounding or making assists is constantly overlooked. If the Utes can keep Kentucky from getting hot from outside the arc, they have a great chance.

It's all about the roleplayers in this one. Kentucky is an amazing defensive team, and whilst Bogut can get his teammates involved, they're going to have to put the points on the board just like against Oklahoma.

I'm kinda afraid that we're going to do what Oklahoma did and pay too much attention to Bogut and let the role players tear us up. But I think Morris can get the job done, with Sparks, Azubuike, or Rondo double teaming from the guard slot, because our guards can really play defense and won't let the guy their guarding get away from them.

Uh..how would they not let the person they are guarding get away from them if they have to concentrate on Bogut every posession and double or triple team him? If the Utes can hit their open shots, they will win because they will get a lot of open jumpers by penetrating and dishing or just simply hitting bogut down low and then a kick out.

Well, what I was saying is that the guards are good with getting back on their man after finishing a double team. Because that's most likely ehat we'll do when the ball goes to the post to Bogut.

Kentucky is a team deep in blue chip talent but without a real go-to guy, their best player may be Hayes,a classic overachiever, hustle type. Utah needs Bogut to have a big game even if doubled, and the refs can be a factor,if Ky can con the refs into a couple of borderline fouls on Bogut,Utah is in trouble. Otherwise Utes have a good shot at an upset

5 point lead at halftime with Hayes, Morris, and Azubuike sitting out over a half of the game. I'll take it!

Bench has definitely came to play on this night and Woo and Shag are holding their ground on Bogut.

We should look like a much different team in the second half with our starters actually playing.

    Kentucky wins it 62-53!

All I can say is that Utah is one dirty of a team, and Bogut will not do anything in the NBA. Yeah, he had a double-double, but he didn't impress me too much with the two 7-footers guarding him.

Well, Voodoo, you ready for this?

Utah played so horrible today, but still managed to stay in the game. They missed 14 free throws, Bogut had a horrible night and missed his open shots that were given to him in the paint, and the big men ok kentucky didnt do good against him actually. He had a bunch of open jumpers, but he was off. Kentucky also hit their threes..a good night for them but they will lose to michigan state for sure.

Kentucky's big men did good job and Kentucky did not hit their free throws.

The gameplan worked out liked Tubby hoped in fouling Bogut if he was anywhere near the hoop.

I think Kentucky-Michigan State is good enough matchup as you can ask for!
