    I don't really understand the point of the article. The Eagles signed him and gave him a second chance because they felt that with his skill level, and his price, it could turn out to be a low risk high reward type of thing. Obviously if he injures himself in prison and cannot run anymore, he wouldn't be back on the football field. If the Eagles didn't think Vick will give them more opportunity at success, he wouldn't be in midnight green.
