The 30th birthday party or Michael Vick(notes) at Guadalajara, a Virginia Beach bar, ended unfortunately with one of his codefendants in the 2007 dog-fighting case Vick went to jail for getting shot in the leg. The man, Quanis Phillips, wasn't invited to the party and had been thrown out earlier, Vick's lawyer said, according to the Philadelphia Daily News. The lawyer also said that the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback was gone way before any gunplay took place. But the Daily News reports that the bar's spokesman is saying that the bar's security cameras show that Vick "and his entourage" got into their two cars a little after two in the morning and only left the scene three minutes before the gunshot. "I'm not saying that Michael Vick did the shooting. But he did not leave [long] before," the spokesman said. Source: Y! Sports
