Well if its true and he was the guy that gave it to her and not some other guy, I cant say that I really care. Thats their business. As long as he's playing football still and the Falcons are winning every Sunday, I could care less. What a shit situation for Vick to be in though. Especially having something like that released to the public. Why the hell that woman would want to inform the whole world that she has herpes is beyond me! She's probably just looking to make a quick buck from a rich NFL star.

If I were her lawyer, I'd have advised her to approach him privately about it first to see about a payoff for keeping it "quiet." The fact that she came out to the press first tells me there's very little chance it's a legitimate complaint. I'm sure Vick is thrilled to see this in the paper...
It is a public health issue. It is important that everyone knows. Hey, at least he didnt rape someone like little bro.

If she did and he called her bluff, the next step would be to go public and its not as if that would be included in the story....
There is no reason why something like this should go public. This happens to regular people everyday in this world, and doesnt get out to the press. I think this is purely a woman taking advantage of the money and fame Vick has. If infact he did give it to her though, how do we know he did so knowingly? Some people are unaware they even have an STD and pass it on to others. I think there is just too many what if's with this case right now. Once there is some real evidence that she is telling the truth then I'll believe it.
She didnt hold a press conference to announce that hes a carrier of an STD, she filed a lawsuit, it was inevitable that the public would find out, but its not like she went public for the attention....Whether he knew he had it or not is not relevant at all, if he infected her, he is on the hook for that....if they can prove it, and they likley can, then she will get a settlement out of the deal....people damage other people all the time without intent and lose in court, ignorance is not a defense to something like this....
Well Vick in a part had something to do with it going public as well. Vick had the opportunity to solve this out of court right, so why didnt he do so? If he knew he had the STD and still had sex with her knowing he could give it to her why would he risk shattering his public image? He has the money to make it all go away without the public getting involved. He could have just paid the woman off but he is going to fight it in court. That alone makes me think he is innocent. Innocent until proven guilty. One of two things will happen now 1) If he does have the STD he is going to look stupid for letting this get to the courts when he could have just settled out of court and/or 2) She will come out looking like an idiot and he will be innocent. Either way someone is going to come out of this looking like a complete moron. I'm just hoping it isnt Vick.

She had the STD had sex with Vick and hoped she gave it to him. Now, she is turning around and accusing him to extort money from him.
